What payment methods can I use?
We want to make it as easy as possible for you! You can conveniently pay with advance payment, PayPal, or bank transfer (Klarna).
Why do the colors of the received items differ from the images in the online shop?
We strive to show our products as realistically as possible, but colors may vary slightly on different screens. We appreciate your understanding, and we’d love to hear your feedback!
Is there a size guide available?
Absolutely! To ensure you get the right size, check out the size chart with full details at the bottom of the page.
What size should I choose?
Our products generally run true to size. That means you can simply order your usual size - if you’re unsure, we’re happy to help!
Shipping & Delivery
When will my order arrive?
We understand the excitement of receiving your package! Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, and DHL delivers within 3–5 days in Germany or 5–7 days to the rest of the EU.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is via DHL. Costs vary by order size and weight: within Germany €7.69 or €10.49 incl. VAT per package; to the rest of the EU €17.49 or €22.49 incl. VAT per package.
Where do you deliver?
Currently, we ship to Germany, France and the Netherlands. Other countries will be available soon - follow us on Instagram for the latest updates!
How do I track my package?
As soon as your order ships, you’ll get an email with all the details, including a tracking number to see exactly where your package is at any time.
What to do if something is missing from my order?
We’re really sorry - this isn’t supposed to happen! Mistakes can occasionally occur as our products are made by people. Please contact us at info@bladilabel.com.
Order delivered to the wrong address – What to do?
We know this can be frustrating. Once an order is placed, we cannot change the address. Please contact DHL directly - they’ll be able to help you.
Returns & exchanges
How do I send back my items?
Your satisfaction matters! If you want to return an item, just send us a message and we’ll guide you step by step. More details can also be found under “Withdrawal” in the footer.
Should I notify you when returning my order?
Yes! Sending us a quick email helps us process your return faster and ensures we can take care of it immediately.
Can customized products be returned?
Since personalized items are one-of-a-kind, we’re unable to accept returns. We appreciate your understanding!
Is it possible to exchange a product?
Currently, we don’t offer direct exchanges. You can simply return the item and order a new one.
Can I send items from different orders in a single return?
Please return items from each order separately. This helps us handle your return faster and ensures nothing is misplaced.
How do returns work?
You have 14 days to return your items hassle-free. For full details, please see our Withdrawal Policy in the footer.
When will my refund be processed?
We’ll check your returned items within 14 days of receipt and refund your payment via the original method. Occasionally, bank processing may take a bit longer, but we do our best to make it fast.
