A. Cancellation Policy (Right of Withdrawal)
Introduction
Consumers have the right of withdrawal under the following conditions. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not related to their commercial or independent professional activity.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Dania Ousga-Amro, BLADI Label, Neugeländstraße 4, 66117 Saarbrücken, Germany, Tel.: -, Email: info@bladilabel.com of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract.
We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs earlier.
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
General Instructions

Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Return the goods in the original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. If necessary, use a protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, ensure the goods are adequately protected against transport damage with suitable packaging.

The above points 1-2 are not a requirement for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
